Ask gets £20m boost from Morgan Stanley

Manchester based Ask Developments has received a £20m cash injection from investor Morgan Stanley Real Estate. The developer, which is 25% owned by Morgan Stanley, will use the money to push ahead with developing 500,000 sq ft of commercial and retail floorspace at schemes in Urmston, Bury and central Manchester.
