Ask:Goodman has welcomed new tenant Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to Madison Place at Central Park.

The third major office development to be built at the 1.4m sq ft urban business park in East Manchester, Ask:Goodman created Madison Place, a 'village' of five smaller office buildings benefitting from a high specification landscaped setting, totalling 43,700 sq ft.  Ranging in size from 5.304 sq ft to  13,523 sq ft, the offices are ideal for growing businesses looking to occupy premium accommodation and enjoy the facilities and benefits normally only available to larger occupiers on business parks.
