Ask specialises in public:private partnership based regeneration development projects and an immense amount of co-operation and joint working is required to achieve the collective common goals. When both parties combine their respective skills and experience, a formidable force is created and practical, political and market issues can be quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Ask is proud to be working in partnership on a whole range of projects at various stages of delivery with seven of the ten local authorities in Greater Manchester, urban regeneration companies, New East Manchester, Creative Sheffield and Central Salford URC, the regional development agencies in the North West and Yorkshire, English Partnerships and Sheffield City Council.

Ask also adopts an innovative approach to partnering in our choice of building contractor. This allows us to work constructively with our contractors throughout the development process to ensure none of the high standards we set ourselves are eroded during the building phase. We are currently working in partnership with Carillion and Eric Wright.
