Ask Developments and its joint venture partner, Realty Estates are working together to progress development of the famous former Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester City Centre and its first deal on the 7 acre site has just been announced.

Pre-let terms were agreed with Travelodge Hotels Ltd in February 2010 for a 200 bedroom hotel on the former Boddingtons Brewery Site.  A detailed planning application has now been submitted with an anticipated start on site date of July 2010.  The Hotel is expected to be open for business in June 2011.
