Ask Developments and its joint venture partner, Realty Estates are working together to progress development of the famous former Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester City Centre. 

An exciting new future is in store for this landmark site that will maximise its economic potential and further strengthen the city centre’s offer.  An employment led, mixed use development is planned including offices aimed at small creative businesses, independent cafes, bars and restaurants, together with a new residential community.
