Ask purchased six acres of land at the 380,000 sq ft Park 66 distribution park in bury, North Manchester, which is now home to cosmetic giant L’Oreal’s 87,000 sq ft warehouse and customer contact centre.

The company, which located around 70 staff from Chadderton to the new site, signed a 15 year lease for the fully-fitted high specification building.

Further units of between 50,000 sq ft and 120,000 sq ft are available in Phases I and II – which offer flexible freehold space and allow leaseholders to move in quickly.

The park is located less than a mile from the M65 motorway network and is within walking distance of the Warner Village complex and supermarket.
