This mixed-use scheme in the heart of Manchester city centre features two striking landmark buildings, in curved glass and steel – providing a dramatic and modern statement for the occupier of Rossetti Place, esure and the building’s owner, the German property fund manager Oppenheim.
Rossetti Place covers 51,812 sq ft over nine floors with three smaller self-contained office studios on the ground floor, with an adjoining apartment complex with 89 residential apartments developed by Crosby Homes North West.
Phase II of the development – Bauhaus at Rossetti – was designed to mirror the first phase, offering Grade A office space within 50,900 sq ft and 65 apartments, a new boutique hotel – The Great John Street Hotel – and an attractive courtyard which links it to the first phase.
Bauhaus at Rossetti has since been purchased by Blackrock and the top two floors of the development, overlooking Granada Studios on Quay Street, have been let to law firm Irwin Mitchell.
