David is a Director and Shareholder of Ask. He joined in 2002 as Development Director and was promoted to the Ask Board in 2005. David has executive responsibility for management aspects of the business and the delivery of major mixed-use schemes within the portfolio.
A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of commercial property experience, David has an in depth knowledge of the entire development process, bringing a wealth of expertise gained across industrial, retail and office sectors. At Ask, his main focus has been the delivery and financial performance of substantial public/private sector regeneration projects such as Central Park, the 1.4m sq ft urban business park on the edge of Manchester city centre, and Townside, Bury, the 500,000 sq ft town centre commercial/residential quarter.
David has attained wide ranging skills having also worked for other major development companies, initially Trafalgar House and more recently AMEC Developments where he was a senior and key member of the North West Team, successfully securing and completing a number of major projects over an 8 year period.
David is passionate about regeneration and enjoys strategic partnership working to create well designed vibrant places which maximise values and returns.
