Simon is a director and founder shareholder of Ask which was set up in January 2000, and in February 2001 merged with Westport Developments. Simon was until 1996 a partner in accountancy practice Levy Gee, running the Urban Regeneration Department that provided consultancy support to the public and private sector.
In 1997, Simon together with two fellow shareholders, founded Westport Developments, a private limited company specializing in urban regeneration and renewal projects which have been instrumental in bringing new and exciting concepts and ideas to Manchester city centre, securing the Malmaison presence in Manchester, Newcastle and Leeds.
Together with Chief Executive, Ken Knott, Simon has brought together an experienced and committed team of people to deliver Ask’s varied property portfolio.
Simon has a focus on developing and implementing the business strategy.
