Leon Guyett joined the Ask development team in February 2006 from Whitbread plc, the UK’s leading hospitality company which has over 1600 outlets in the UK. Leon was responsible for acquiring restaurant and hotel opportunities throughout the West and East Midlands, West of England and Wales with day to day responsibility for managing the development process from site introduction to hand over to operators, winning the prize for Best Acquisition Manager in 2005.
Since joining Ask, Leon has taken responsibility for concluding the lettings at Leopold Square, Sheffield and is working alongside David Burkinshaw on the Townside scheme in Bury Town Centre. At Central Park Leon has particular responsibility for the letting/sale of the recently completed Madison Place.
